2. Can i get a quote over the phone?
We are happy to give an estimate over the phone. We do prefer to visit your home to provide a more accurate quotation and for closer inspection of cleaning sites.
For carpet cleaning – please provide room dimensions. Please WhatsApp photos to our Mobile number of your carpet/s and tell us about any stains on the carpet/s.
For upholstery cleaning – please tell us if you have chairs/sofas/dining chairs and the number of seats. Please provide photos via WhatsApp and tell us about any stains on the upholstery. If you know, please tell us what the fabric is made of.
No, if we have made a home visit and given you a quote this will be a fixed price and won’t change.
If you received a telephone quote, we would make sure to inform you of any changes before work commences. The following might influence the telephone quote – bigger stubborn staining areas.
4. How soon can the work be carried out?
We will always try to arrange the cleaning at the most convenient time for yourself and most of our work is carried out within a few days of you contacting us. We do work on Saturdays for your convenience should you not be able to make an appointment during the week.
5. How much does the cleaning cost?
Every job is different. Please contact us so we can provide a quotation.
6. Do you match competitor prices?
No, we don’t price match our competitors. We provide a professional service and the best value for money. Our technicians are trained and qualified and we are fully insured. We use the best equipment, eco-friendly, pet- and child-friendly cleaning solutions.
7. Do you guarantee to remove all strains?
We can guarantee the best results, but it is not possible to guarantee removal of all stains as there are many variables that impact the results.
8. Do you apply a spray and protect treatment?
Yes, we can provide a spray and protect treatment which will keep you carpets and sofas cleaner for longer and assist with better cleaning results in the future.
9. What type of method do you use?
We use a wet-extraction system.
10. How long will it take for my carpet/sofas to dry after a clean?
We use industrial drying pods – your carpets/sofas will be touch dry within 3-5 hours. Drying times may vary due to soiling, staining levels, humidity, ventilation, and temperature. Our technicians will advise you how to get the quickest drying times.
11. Do I need to vacuum before the clean?
We will always vacuum before cleaning the carpet.
12. Are you trained and qualified?
Yes, we are fully trained, qualified and members of the National Carpet Cleaning Association (NCCA)
Yes, we are fully insured – certification is available on request.
14. How long will it take to clean my carpets?
The following are estimates, times can vary, depending on the degree of soiling and stains:
Three rooms – approximately 2 hours
Stairs, hallway, landing – approximately 1 hour
The above excludes set-up and packing away time of our equipment.
15. Do you guarantee the cleaning cresults?
Yes, we do! We will give you an honest expert opinion on the results of the cleaning. We offer a money back guarantee with all the work we carry out. If you are unhappy with any of the cleaning, please contact us immediately and we will come back at the earliest available opportunity and at your convenience to resolve any issues.
16. Do I move the furniture before cleaning?
Prior to cleaning we will advise which furniture we can and cannot move. Please do remove any small items and breakfables off the furniture prior to cleaning.
17. Can you remove wine, tea, coffee, pet stains?
Some stains can be permanent and therefore we can’t make any promises that we can remove them. We use professional spotters specifically designed for the removal of wine, tea, coffee etc. and pet urine. Our cleaning solution contains a deodoriser that will deal with most pet odours.
